The accommodation

Downstairs is a large farmhouse style dining room with a huge log fireplace, a refectory table and chairs for 10. The kitchen has a split level cooker with gas hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer. In the utility room there is a washing machine, and butlers sink. There is a downstairs cloakroom and W.C.

The salon has a 4 piece suite and coffee table plus wood burning stove and French TV. Both reception rooms have exposed beams and french windows opening onto a large, contained walled garden, the garden has a gravelled area and grass under trees. There is space for three cars at the side of the house inside the gates. Garden table and chairs are supplied.

Upstairs is a fitted bathroom with W.C., wash basin, bidet and bath with shower attachment. There are five bedrooms. 2 double rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 room with bunk beds, this offers sleeping accommodation for a maximum of ten. Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided. A cot is available on request.

Heating is by electric convector heaters in each room. There is a log fire in the dining room and wood burning stove in the salon. Hot water is provided by a large night storage tank.

There is a very fine view form the main bedroom window, affording an uninterrupted view of the valley in both directions.

There are five bedrooms on the first floor. 2 double rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 room with bunk beds. This offers sleeping accommodation for a maximum of ten. plus a cot.

We supply duvets, pillows and blankets.

The house is available for seven months of the year, from April to September. We limit our letting period to the late spring and summer months.
